Yesterday was a lovely day for me n jop...except for d part dat his dragon boat team lost in d national competition....ooops....

As d race was at Bdk Reservoir , we decided to go ard in Tampines Area lookin for venue..
We went to Tamp Central cc...d place seems quite ok...cheap!!but can only book 3 mths ahead..
Best thing...we met ABG DON there...handling a wedding dat was done der
Hm....honestly me n jop felt skeptical d moment we saw him..
He told us he wud be out of town n ders no way we can meet him to confirm our engagement of his services...(pay deposit) other then dat day wen we met him..
I just couldnt do it d other day cos we both dun hav enuff money..we already spent on d other stuff...
We told him mid july...but he said no promises..but made us get worried....arrrrghhhhhhhh
So wen he met us....he said lah...erm...."OH I JUST CAME BACK YEST...tonite goin back KL LAGI..nak ikut???"
Pls lah...i am not a small kid...takkan lah u dun noe u hav to be ard do decor for a wedding in a weeks time...
Aniway...not an issue...jop n me just smiled...and went off..

We headed to town...had dinner...n met out invitation cards designer at DELIFRANCE TAKA..
Dis lady dyan is a v nice gal in fact she is getting married next yr also...
The guy beside her whom i assumed to be her fiance....was lookin down all d way while we were having our discussion...
Just then...i realised....he was MY EX bestfren...CD punye buddy lah...

Hm....nampaknye dat MONSTER goin to noe abt me getting married lah...
Aiyoh so scary...

After d discussion w our invites designer...which went on smoothly n perfect...
We went window shopping for nothin in particular...but suddenly sumthin CAUGHT MY EYE...
Dis gorgeous whitegold ring embedded w small diamonds w a nice unique design at GOLDHEART...
I noe i hav decided on d white gold ring at T&CO but DIS ONE IS MUCH MORE GORGEOUS!!!
Jop told me to try it on....and it looked so perfect on my finger..
So i hav decided to hav at for my wedding ring...so it wun be a matching wedding band w jop...but he didnt mind...
The salesperson at Goldheart was so warm n nice...he also recommended a simple solitaire ring which i can get for my engagement...
So rings part settled....CANT WAIT FOR 13TH JULY...hehehhehe....and of cos d big day in Jan!!!

9pm was our 2nd appt dis time w d nice husband n wife Ian Marsya n fIT3 who r frm FAP..
We were tinkin of perhaps engaging dem for out photography n videography of d actual wedding day..
However..d moment we meet dis couple...JOP N MYSELF confirmed our engagement of their services becos they r v nice...warm...n sincere..
We chatted at starbucks for a few hrs like frens..
Ian also passed me lots of contacts dat i mite need for d wedding preparation...
We shared a bit on how we met , first date venue etc becos they wud be shooting our video montage....hahah cant wait too!!!

SO ...IN ALL...i'm feelin v happy...everythin is under control..
I also managed to cut sum costs w d new sourcing of sum stuff...
