Candlelight dinner between me n hubby....???
Just like d old courting days...???

Last weekend we had a simple family outing just 3 of us intitially....
We had dinner at FIG & OLIVE Downtown East before meeting my sis and Kak Yani w their kids...

Quazza was being passed ard wen it was our turn to bowl...pity my poor baby...
He cudnt sleep in d rowdy place too...
But we all had tremendous fun...and fortunately Q behaved so well whenever we r out...

Sun was great too cos we had a last min plan to meet Eka , Yus and their kids...CHACHA & AZZA who is now 5mths...
Here u c d 2 lil playmates exchanged their carrier n pushchair...as Q was v sleepy during d outing while Azza was so wide awake

I was so excited to finally be able to let Q wear his cute lil sweatshirt n snowcap cos it was a rainy n cold day last Sun...
After dinner , we head down to Eka's crib and tried their new Wii Sports all d way till 3am...

Azza & Quazza had a gd time bonding w each other...although Azza seems to find Q interesting n yummy lookin dat he kept on trying to dig Q's eyes n bite his arms...as u c in d pic above...
I can't wait to c both of them grow up n play w each other ....



I was also v pleased n grateful to MY BESTIE... who came to sis's pl last Mon and bought some new clothing for Q...
She alwiz buy shoes , clothes and toys for Quazza...and i just can't stop her frm doing dat...
Thank u so much Wir darling...but i tink u shud save up d cash for yr wedding rather than alwiz spending for Q n spoiling him...

Our meet-up last Mon was to finalise details for her wedding...like her outfits n wedding program...
In fact , i am collecting d wedding gowns that i ordered for her dinner n photoshoot tomoro...
Just left w d traditional outfits dat will be settled by May..insya allah..
I am so excited for Wir's big day...and simply wants d best for her...
As much as she had done for me n Jop during our wedding...we will try our best to do d same for Khai n Her...Insya allah...

On a separate note...its getting tougher to go werk and leave dis cute chubby son of mine nowadays...
How can i bear to leave him...looking at how cute n adorable he is now...

I am so grateful w dis blessing that God have granted me...

Hi again...
Time for a blog update...
I cant update dis blog as frequent as before cos i just realised dat now i really have problem adjusting to my new life as a MOM...
My sleeping hours r irregular....4hrs of sleep is considered long enuff...cos i have to wake up frequently for Q's feedings...
Unlike last time when i could just take my time to get ready to work in d afternoon...
Now i have to bathe Q first then feed him n put him to sleep before i can have my shower , get ready , have my meal which i really cant afford to skip now cos i need d energy to work , handle q and provide milk for him...
I got to leave my home 2 hrs before work to send him to my sis' s pl for 'bibik' to babysit him ....den...make my way to work...
On top of all dat...i have to pump 3-4 bottles of breastmilk , each measuring ard 150ml for Q's consumption everyday,,,
Trust me...its really tiring but yet fulfilling....

Quazza is growing so fast before i even realise it...
I only realise his growth spurt wen i looked back at his previous pics which i took...
Now i noe y he is feeding so frequently n so much....!!
Imagine a 2mth old baby drinking 150ml of milk!!
Even d paedatrician commented dat its quite a lot for his age to handle...

I am glad Q is growing up fine...and healthy most importantly...
Oh yeah latest updates...ever since d last entry...
Quazza had his first ever haircut at d barber..
He have changed his hairstyle

Although he was v quiet n kept still during d cut...he didnt look quite happy that his hair was being chopped off...

Now u c him in his policeman outfit dat my cousin Ayen got frm Melbourne for him...
And yeah...dis romper is supposed to be for 3-6mths...and Quazza can fit perfectly...
Dats him n kak seri...thanx to her for d BABY GAP floral shirt...hehe Q looked so cute w no neck even though d shirt has a collar!

Quazza has been a pretty gd boy when i tagged him along to work last week during CNY celebration in CCSS & GVSS...
In Changkat Changi Sec...he was asleep while i did d makeup for my students
And even wen he is awake...he kept himself occupied baby-talking to my students while i do my work...As u can c..he was dressed for d occasion...all RED for d CNY!!
Next u c Quazza n his second cousin Raziq...both so round n chubby
They looked like d same age but Raziq is 5mths...and Quazza 2 mths

Quazza is so talkative nowadays...his latest developments would be...
GUGU-GAGA whenever sumone look at him , smile in response to pple , squel in delight when he is excited...and able to hold his head up well wen lying on his tummy...

He also had his first ever experience on d JUMPEROO at Eka's pl...
I guess this is going to be d next thing i am going to get for Q cos he is really loving this JUMPEROO toy...
Hubby just got a BABY BJORN carrier for Q recently...
Q is so happy whenever he is being carried ard in dis BABY BJORN...
He could look ard n move his hands n legs actively unlike being in his buggy...
I find this carrier great too as hubby got me d one w a back support...so i feel v comfy carrying my 7kg baby ard...
Its v convenient especially wen i go to congested places w Q...
Pushing a buggy ard in a pl w lotsa pple wudnt be quiet a gd idea...
Now Quazza has a matching BABY BJORN like Shaista....
Can't wait to go out together w Elyn , Ayun n Shaista again...
Hope Elyn get well soon...and wen she does...we will have dinner at POPYE ok!!

2mths have passed since i first became a MOM .....
My lil baby seemed to grow so fast....

It has also been a while since we went to KKH...
If in d past we would go for my prenatal checkup at TPS on d left...this time...d checkup is at the PCC on d right...
Dats d last weight measured for lil Q few weeks ago...frm 3.7kg to 6.3kg...
Quazza Ilhandyl is growing up so fast that he is now wearing 3-6mths clothing n SIZE M PULL-UP diapers...Wir n Syasya were so surprised to c how big he have grown into wen we had a casual dinner meet up sum time ago recently...

Here u c how 'clever' he is holding d nursing cover during his feeding time...
I am glad that i am still doing TOTAL BREASTFEEDING till now...and insya allah will still do for d next few mths at least...
The feeling is so different...really makes me feel so complete...as a WOMAN , WIFEY & MOM

Last weekend was PURPLE affair...a DOUBLE HAPPINESS occasion for my family cos it was Lil Quazza's 'MAJLIS CUKUR RAMBUT' & My elder sis's solemnization ceremony...

In d pic above u c how long Quazza's hair was before d 'haircut' ceremony...

And this was d beautifully decorated jar n golden scissors that i prepared for d ceremony..
I noe that it has alwiz been a tradition to use a young coconut carved beautifully to hold d baby's hair...but i decided to add a slight creative modern twist to it...by using a glass jar...which turned out to look just as fine...



It was a pleasant coincidence that d ladies who we engaged for d 'marhaban n nasyid' also came dressed in purple...and i have to thank Farissa for her yummy catering and sourcing d 'marhaban' for me...Thanx darling!!Here u c how sleepy n tired Q was halfway thru d ceremony...

And like i mentioned before...it was a bz occasion celebrating my sis's solemnization too...
I am so happy for her...and i was glad that i could doll my own sis up on her most important day..
I hope this marriage will last till d end of time..and she deserve d happiness that she have been yearning for all these years,,,
Back to my lil Quazza....
I changed his BAJU KURUNG outfit to a SUPERBABY outfit which was more comfy for him...


And he really flew like one real SUPER HERO...


And i would like to take d opportunity to thank all frens n family members who came to celebrate d joyous occasion and make it happen.
I thank My cousins & aunts who were v helpful throughout d event and i hope u guys had a great time too!!
